3sixty Entertainment, LLC provides both on-site event services and digital content delivery. In select cases, we also ship physical items to support remote event experiences.

On-Site Services
Our core services—including 360 photo booths, DJ services, and interactive enhancements—are fulfilled in person at your event location. This includes setup, operation, and breakdown by our trained staff.

Digital Content
Photos, videos, and audio guestbook messages are delivered electronically via email or a secure download link within 1 to 7 business days after your event.

​

Clients may upgrade to receive their digital content on a USB drive for an additional fee. When selected in advance and paid in full, the USB drive will be shipped one business day after the event.

Shipped Materials for Remote Services
For clients outside our local service area using Camera Roll, Instant Spotlight, or Storybook, we ship custom QR codes and tabletop card holders to support guest participation. These items are shipped once full payment is received, which is required prior to the event.

Shipping Terms

• Physical items are shipped to valid U.S. addresses only

• Tracking information is provided once shipped

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier

No Other Physical Products
We do not ship any other physical goods unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
