Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Bookings within 7 days must be paid in full.

Service & Setup
We provide setup, operation, and breakdown of all equipment. Clients must ensure adequate space and power. Outdoor events require shade and safe conditions.

Weather & Safety
In case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to stop services. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations, but you’ll receive a credit valid for 12 months.

Damage & Liability
Clients are responsible for damages caused by guests. We are not liable for injuries, loss of profits, or indirect damages.

Media Use
We may use event footage or photos for marketing unless you opt out in writing. We will not use media with minors.

Subcontractors
We may assign trusted partners to provide services when needed. You’ll be notified in advance if this occurs.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the state where your event takes place.
